American Liberty University's philosophy and continuing
mission is to produce highly-trained graduates who embody the finest
principles of ethical professionalism.
It is the university's belief that its graduates will best serve
their communities when they possess, in addition to a mastery of
their field, a genuine commitment to the highest standards of personal
conduct and the healing profession.
This balance between accomplishment, service, and integrity is
encouraged through an underlying belief system in which optimal
values are achieved on a day-to-day basis. Students will be challenged
to how they may best achieve their goals and ensure their patients'

Objectives and Goals
The following are the formal institutional Goals of American
Liberty University:
- To continually measure the effectiveness of the institution's
training by soliciting reviews on workplace performance. To reevaluate
curriculum and instructional methods to ensure that the programs
are responsive to the similar program.
- To provide a curriculum that stresses sound analytical reasoning
and cognitive development of concept understanding as opposed
to rote memorization of facts.
- To encourage assessment by employees, students, graduates, Advisory
Committee members, employers, and faculty to ensure continual
improvement of the institution and its educational programs.
- To maintain the professional development of staff and faculty
by encouraging membership in professional organizations and participation
in pertinent educational workshops, conferences, and seminars.
- To provide students with personal and professional guidance;
to assist them in satisfying their future goals; and foster the
development of lifetime educational growth.
- To uphold admission standards that aim toward enrolling qualified
students who are interested in pursuing a post-secondary program.
- To meet regularly with an Advisory Committee consisting of individuals
who are knowledgeable of trends, developments, and issues in relevant
different fields for the purpose of receiving counsel and implementing
important recommendations regarding the curriculum, faculty, institutional
development, professional opportunities, continuing education
and other matters affecting the successful achievement of the
institutional goals herein.
- To develop and incorporate progressive teaching methods, which
encourage the learning process through the use of innovative and
contemporary ideas submitted by the faculty, students, employers
and the American Liberty University Advisory Committee.
- To actively seek, achieve and maintain the accreditation of
the institution and its programs by appropriate agencies and approval
bodies.
- To align the institution's corporate and academic operations
with the established business plan and to operate in a profitable
and ethical manner, thus allowing the other stated objectives
of the institution to continue.
